Please provide a copy of a receipt or order number together in the package of return item(s).
Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during the return.

CONDITION OF REPLACEMENT
We offer product replacement service, if you are received the defective item(s)/ wrong item(s) within 30 days.
The replace item(s) must be in brand new unused condition. Any damage will be assessed by BlackFireGear.com and the amount of credit will be judged based on whether the returned product was used or damaged.
CONDITION OF REFUND
Shipping fees, handling charge, and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
Cash refund only issued for you received an incorrect or defective item(s).
To obtain refund, the returns product must be unused and in good condition with complete packing.
RETURNS COSTS
